I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in relieving chronic pain, inflammation, stress & anxiety. With over 18 years of experience, I have developed a blend of techniques to meet each individuals needs. I work with people of all ages (3-98 years of age so far)!
Over the years I have worked with several wonderful chiropractors that helped me to further my knowledge of body mechanics, the importance of natural health & healing. After wanting to do more meaningful work, I had the opportunity & pleasure to work for Hospice. It was there that I found my calling for not only pain management, but connecting with people from all walks of life.
The love and passion I bring into each session is what I believe makes a great massage therapist. You will never have the same massage twice (unless you want to), each session is customized depending on your needs. Everyday our energy is different, as should your massage be. Self care is so critical, especially with the demands that life brings us so, be kind to yourself.
I can’t wait to meet you!

Do I have to get completely undressed?
That is your choice entirely. Some people choose to dress down completely, while others choose to leave their underwear on. I’ve even had clients leave their bra on ( just know if you choose to leave your bra on, it may make it difficult for me to address your problem areas). Whatever you choose, I won’t see anything. You will be under the sheet. The most important thing is, I want you to be as comfortable with me as possible.
How often should I receive a massage?
I get this question a lot. No matter your lifestyle, once per month would be ideal. If you’re having chronic pain, I recommend weekly or biweekly. When we have the concerns addressed and managed, then I suggest a minimum of once per month to maintain your progress.
How do I prepare for my massage session?
HYDRATE! HYDRATE! HYDRATE! There will be a lot of toxins and lactic acid being released, if you’re not hydrated, there’s a chance you’ll start cramping… that is no fun.
I forgot to shave, I’m so embarrassed!
Please know, I want you to be as comfortable as possible. Hair does not bother me whatsoever, PROMISE!
Will oil get in my hair?
Yes, but only at the nap of the neck. I do my best to keep it out of your hair, but it’s almost impossible. I recommend that you place your hair in a high bun or ponytail.
Will I be sore afterwards?
It depends on what kind of massage you have. If it’s Swedish, in most cases there won’t be tender areas. If it’s Deep Tissue and Trigger point therapy, most likely yes, you’ll be sore for a few days.
What are some things I can do at home in between sessions?
I highly recommend stretching. It will help your body to hold the effects of the massage longer. Also, foam rollers, massage guns and theracanes are wonderful tools to better help you until your next session.
With over 18 years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to learn many different techniques that not only increased my knowledge but also improved my ability to work with you to meet your body's needs and goals.
