Prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, ligament pain and swollen ankles. I use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby. It’s best to wait until after your 1st trimester, however if you’re having neck/ shoulder pain and/or headaches please call me and if I feel it’s safe I will massage you as long as there have been no complications.
Focused massages are for times when you wake up with a headache and/ or you’ve had a headache for a few days, Sinus pain, Neck and shoulder pain. It’s a quick “fix” in between sessions or when you’re short on time.
